The hotel was perfect close from the airport. I got stuck in Fort Lauderdale due to snow canceling my flight back to New England. They also offer a free Uber like service to all the restaurants and malls in the area which was clutch. It was very convenient to get free rides all around the area while I was stuck at the hotel for a few days. I would totally book this hotel again if I was trying to stay close to the airport and not be so close the to the beach (the beach was I think at least a 30 or seven minute ride from this hotel, but it didn’t matter for this stay) also great restaurants and bars in the area. Friendly staff as well.

Very ordinary place with very ordinary service. Stayed for 5 nights but room service came only one day. Image a family of 4 staying with no service for 4 days. My wife had to get the sheets from front desk and change it. Had to go downstairs multiple days to gets towels. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Floor was sticky. Breakfast was okay - same option for all 5 days.

Was very disappointed that they were not willing to change our sheets which were unclean after the first night. Front office offered to give us the clean sheets and change them ourselves. First time ever that this happened to me. Very said given that we paid good money to stay here.

The bathroom was outdated with chipped tiles. All the staff seemed nice and helpful. We asked for an extra pillow and we were told there was none. One day no knives, another day no butter. We were told water would be available daily, all day, sadly was not the truth.

The 2 'queen' bed room was 2 double beds. The bathroom doors were a double closet door that didnt lock. We tried to check in early, they said the room is ready but it would be an additional $65, so we declined, went back at 1:30 to try again, she said i had to wait until 2, even though a guy ahead of me just checked in and a family right after me checked in, and no neither had to pay anything additional, i asked.

Room is spacious and king size bed comfortable. Breakfast is average as per any other chain hotels that offers complimentary breakfast, water and coffee available anytime is a plus. Gym could be bigger but i understand hotel dont want to invest more if not many people go to the gym.
