Our experience with acquiring the shuttle from the airport was very disappointing. Called the hotel three times, choosing the correct option, and nobody ever picked up the phone. We finally had to take a cab to the property and the attendant there did answer the phone once while we were there concerning the shuttle. Other members in our party had a similar experience only after the phone was picked up they were hung up on and the shuttle never arrived for them either. The rooms were so so, with drawers askew or not fitting securely. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Don’t stay here. Spend a couple extra bucks and go someplace else. This place is dirty, loud, and an inconvenient location (which I didn’t realize when I booked it). Dirty. The room was cleaned by the staff, but there is ground in dirt on the carpet, doors, and shower. It needs to be deep cleaned. Loud. The hallways are 1/2 carpet and 1/2 tile, so anytime a cart of any sort is run down the hall it makes a big slam sound when the wheels transition from carpet to tile. Location. The location is inconvenient if you want to walk to get something to eat. This hotel is sort of an island onto itself (not literally). The patio in the back is nice but it doesn’t justify staying here.

Check in was for 1500. Room was not ready till 1530. Took my time yesterday to pre-check in with IS, CC AND all info requested. Stated this would save time. Clerk still Needed my ID, and CC ON ARRIVAL so now I was Agrivated yesterday and today for a pre-pain room. I was less than happy 😔

Roomed smelled horrible the key card for my room had to be reset 3 times a day because it stopped working.elevator stopped working paid wifi wasnt working. This place is run down… carpets in hallways are worn and sticky… elevators only worked half the time… luckily I went to use one of the elevators; one of the employees was stuck on there for 10 minutes. Trash around the exterior of the property. Spills in the hallway that were spread with foot traffic. Our room floors were filthy… similar to the hallways. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Just awful…oh and the pool was being renovated.
