Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom single family home located in the heart of all the action in Hollywood Florida, this home is within 6 miles of the ocean where you will find Margaritaville resort and the famous board walk on Hollywood Beach, one mile from the Seminole Hardrock Casino\Cafe complex and 5.7 Miles to the Don Shula Hard Rock Stadium, home to Superbowl VIV (54). It is also within walking distance of a Publics shopping center and 24 hour fitness facility. This home will comfortably sleep 10 adults. It contains 4 bedrooms each sleeping 2 adults. Bedroom #1 has one king size bed, bedroom #2 has 1 queen size bed, #3 has a one king size bed #4 has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses, in addition there is a queen size air bed that will sleep 2. This home is an oasis of its own. The house is surrounded by palm trees creating a private back yard with a heated pool. Relax and enjoy the privacy and peace as you swim in the heated pool. The house has a washer and dryer for guests to use , and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare any size meal. The dining room table will accommodate 8 and the kitchen bar adjacent to the table can accommodate an additional 3 dinners.
Property is also 5 miles from Ft Lauderdale / Hollywood international Airport and 6.5 miles from port Everglades Cruise ship Terminals, with the Port of Miami just 18 miles away.

Family & Friends vacation for 9 people

We had a great time staying at Playland Estates. There were plenty of room and things to do for 2 families for our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The house even had a library of movies and many board games. The pool was warm and we used it every day. The location was convenient to stores, restaurants, parks and the beach. The owner was extremely easy to contact and accommodating.
