Shower pieces were broken, breakfast area was extremely small and very crowded. Selection was limited to eggs and sausage and the requisite waffles with some yogurt and bread/pastry items. Staff never looked me in the eye or smiled upon check-in or check-out. Side door did not have a way to re-enter the building and you had to walk all the way around the front of the building to get back in. Pillows need to be replaced.

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Hollywood. Check-in was fast and smooth, which we truly appreciated after traveling. The buffet breakfast was very good with a nice variety to start the day. Having a Denny’s restaurant on the same property was a big plus — extremely convenient for meals at any time. The hotel also provides free airport shuttle pickup, which made our arrival stress-free and added great value. In addition, they offer cruise port drop-off service for USD $15 per person, which was very convenient for cruise travelers like us. Overall, this property met our needs perfectly. Great convenience, helpful services, and a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!
