This is not a fancy hotel, but it is very clean, budget-friendly, good value for what is paid, and the location is CENTRAL and perfect! The rooms are more spacious than most other similar hotels.

Excellent stay

I stayed for 5 days and comfort suites did not disappoint being familiar the brand and always a constant traveller i come to expect the exact service that i had years ago when i selected comfort suites my go to choice.the rooms wre clean and spacious and the breakfast is great it also is quite convient to sawgrass and other resturants like mcdonalds taco bell and other places nearby comfort suites will not disappoint with the clean comfortable rooms.

Waste of money

Furniture in my room was rusted and outdated…the couch looked old and unsanitary to sit on..the sheets made my skin itchy.. the room smelled very moldy, like old cigarettes, I could barely breathe properly. The bathroom tub looked old & unappealing to bathe in. Never again will I ever book a reservation at this location!!!

309 needs some help

Room 309 too bright for sleeping. The curtains don’t come all the way to the bottom of the window and the lights are very bright outside the window. Also, there was no hot water.
