Dockside Manor es nuestra propiedad más grande frente al lago hasta el momento, y está equipada para toda su diversión a orillas del lago. ¡Tendrá a usted, a su familia y amigos hablando sobre los increíbles recuerdos que ha creado en los próximos años!

El primer piso cuenta con dos grandes salas de estar con un sofá y una pequeña sala de estar para leer el periódico y tomar su café de la mañana. La cocina abierta, de gran tamaño, completamente equipada, con encimeras de granito personalizadas y una gran mesa de comedor, puede albergar incluso las reuniones más grandes.

Completando el primer piso, se encuentran tres increíbles habitaciones, una de ellas con vista al lago y puerta corredera privada a una amplia terraza lateral de la casa. A través del cuarto de baño que conecta a su segundo dormitorio con una cama queen. Fuera de la sala de estar, tienes tu último dormitorio de lujo en Queen. Seguido de otro baño completo con azulejos personalizados, la bañera y la lavandería harán que todos nuestros huéspedes se sientan cómodos.

El enorme piso abovedado del segundo piso tiene tres habitaciones grandes. El dormitorio principal con baño en suite con azulejos personalizados tiene un impresionante balcón con una increíble vista al lago. La segunda "Sala de la reina" tiene dos camas tamaño queen para una reina o rey, si es necesario. El tercer dormitorio incluye tres literas con dos camas individuales y la habitación de al lado, un baño de tamaño completo con una bañera profunda, con azulejos personalizados que pueden limpiar a los niños de las aventuras del día.

Junto a la casa principal tenemos nuestro bar / salón de juegos separado que incluye una mesa de billar, una bola de fusibles, dardos, una gran barra de fondo con encimera de granito, sistema estéreo interior / exterior y área de descanso con televisor de pantalla grande y medio baño.

Su maravillosa diversión al aire libre incluye múltiples áreas de patio, un patio de gran nivel equipado con columpios, herraduras, una parrilla para barbacoas y un fogón personalizado. Al acercarse a los 180 pies del espacio del muelle frente al lago, se encuentra una casa de pantalla de tamaño modesto, equipada con nueve sillas de jardín, una segunda parrilla, cocineta y refrigerador. The lake was extremely relaxing while offering great areas for more social activities in the Game Room. The grill and kitchen were wonderfully equipped for our large group and made the overall stay a breeze. Highly recommend!

Relaxing weekend in upstate NY

The property was just as advertised. We enjoyed the various amenities which made our experience memorable. The house was beautiful and spacious enough to host large parties. It was very clean and the host was super accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.

Beautiful comfortable and entertaining lakefront home! Family of 10 adults and 8 young kids had plenty of space and activities to fill the week. The house was clean with cozy beds and spacious common areas. The game room/bar was a hit for all ages! Family friendly yard and lakefront. We will go back.

The photos were very accurate of the property and it was so beautiful. We loved being here for the week and all of the choices of activities at this house ( game room, hot tub, fire pit, dock, canoes, etc.) was the best. We explored Lake George and just had a wonderful week. The house was just big enough for our family get together and allowed us to all have fun and make memories.

Incredible Property with amazing Docside Lake experience

Large group of friends stayed to experience travers day in Saratoga for the horse races. Spent Saturday in Saratoga and every other day couldn’t get enough of the house. Amazing time playing games (pool, darts, shuffle board, horseshoes etc) and was lucky enough to have beautiful weather using the kayaks and paddle boards. Highly recommend and would love to do it again. The house has everything you need and more.

New Years Eve!

Everyone loved the location, small suggestions. Hot tub too far from the house (winter) summer most likely ok, 2 bedrooms next to the kitchen were very cold at least 10 degrees off. Nice large kitchen and well equipped but some of my friends like hot tea and the kitchen was missing a cattle.

Lake George trip

Had a great time with family and friends. Place was great. The fireplace was out of commission and has been for a while but listing states Fireplace. Also no closets in bedrooms. Wasn’t an issue as it’s winter and just sweaters etc with nothing needed to really hang up. Otherwise loved the space and game room separate from house was great for our kids.

A little bit of something for everyone

This was the perfect spot to join family and friends for a short weekend birthday celebration. We are all locals who have enjoyed a lot of time on Hadlock Pond so access was super easy. The house was meticulously clean and extremely well stocked. There is so much to do on the property that no one was bored. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. Getting to and from the water is pretty steep with lots of stairs so anyone with gait issues may have a tough time. Once down to the water, the size of the dock and the kitchenette are very accommodating. Only suggestion I have would be to figure out a bathroom situation down there. We had a wonderful time!

50th Birthday Celebration…

The property was amazing. The house was adequate for our family. We had a terrific time in the game room, hot tub, and fire pit, and it gave us all a chance to have fun and make memories. There is no need to bring anything except food because the kitchen is well-stocked. The Northern Living staff was so sweet to have welcome wine, s'mores, a box of cookies, and a birthday card waiting for me... I'm so touch❤️ We'll surely come back, perhaps in the summer to appreciate the lake, because we had two rainy days. Overall, we had an amazing time!!! Thank you for making my birthday unforgettable 💕💕

Stunning and Beautiful

This house was breathtaking. Every little detail was perfect. Open, spacious, clean, overly stocked with all our needs, the decor, high-end furnishings, and finishes. This property blew us out of the water. The lakefront was like having our own resort on the water, beautiful sandy bottom with clear water. The bar/game room and fire pit along with all other outdoor private activities caused us never to leave the property. Katelyn and Brian we simply amazing. Great amenities, right on the water

The property is great - big yard, fire pit, hot tub, arcade room and right on the water with big docks. Was a great spot with lots of kids as they were able to run around to different activities and it's pretty secluded so we didn't have to be on them full time. The house is well appointed - nice furnishings, good for big group - large couches, open kitchen. We had a great time. One note - if you're going in the offseason (we went mid April), there's restrictions on using kayaks, etc. in the water which was a bummer. We went last April to another property and were able to go on the water full time. Kids still jumped in even though it was freezing but would have been better to take out a kayak or paddle boat since it was 60+ degrees and sunny when we were there. Overall, nice spot and I'm sure it's a ton of fun in the summer.

Family Trip

This house is perfect for a large group. We had 15 and had extra beds. Three loving areas. Kitchen well Stocked. Property immaculate and gorgeous. Waterfront is perfect and has everything. Plenty of kayaks and paddle boards and a canoe and a perfect dock for a small boat. We water skied every day all day. Small Lake. Nothing commercial on it but perfect for Young kids to paddle around alone. Cabana near waterfront perfect with sink, cabinets, BBQ and Fridge. There are steps tot he beachfront so def not for disabled or people who cannot do steps. We did have elderly parents and they made the trip down daily. The game room Was amazing and everything was well thought out. Fire pit great, outside play set and horseshoe game. Highly Recommend.

Family week

The property location was fantastic. It is just as depicted in the pictures. We made good use of the fire pit, arcade and pool room, and of course the lake. If you’re traveling with young children, you should know that there is no beach area where they can gradually go into the water. The stairs off the dock are the only way in, but our group of non swimming 3-5 year olds did fine with floaties. The only disappointing thing was that there was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. For the price of this home, I feel that this should be included. Also, you should know that there are no spices. If you’re planning to cook in, which we did every night, you will need to bring your own spices, olive oil, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, crock pot, coffee maker and plenty of dishes. We had a wonderful week! There were 18 of us ranging from 1 to 88 and there was plenty of room.

Great Thanksgiving Retreat

A great spot for our family Thanksgiving. The game room is wonderful, a very well stocked kitchen, and plenty of comfortable seating. The upstairs seating area was unexpected and very comfortable. The hot tub was nice and great views. The outside court was popular with the teens. We only ended up having 11 and it would have been hard to sleep a lot more, but it was fine for our group. Only a couple of issues. The walk-in shower door trapped an elderly family member for over an hour. The door does not slide on the track, it needs to be pulled forward to open. There really needs to be directions on the door since this isn't typically how shower doors work. This could have been a very dangerous situation, but fortunately we found her stuck after an hour and were able to get her out. FYI, the decorative fire place is not to be used per house directions so it should not be listed as an amenity and the remote should not be in the house if it isn't safe to use. We didn't use it, but it would have been nice to have an operational fireplace as it was cold downstairs and hot upstairs. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great house for a ski trip

Me and some friends rented this property for a ski trip and it was perfect! I'm always wary about getting too excited about a location from the pictures, since often times they're more flattering than real life, but the property was just as spacious and luxurious as the photos led us to believe. I especially appreciated the hot tub, which was the best way to end a long day of skiing in 0 degree weather. The property manager was extremely communicative and answered all questions I had almost immediately.
