Leaking aircon unit the constantly dripped no matter what setting , had to keep bucket underneath I also had to go find towels as room cleaner used are bathroom towel to soak up the water in the carpet from the air con leak and didn’t replace our towels . Had to go also request toilet roll for bathroom , coffee and tea milk also not replaced daily. Room was clean

The room was very accommodating and clean. The staff were excellent in courtesy and attention to pleasing each customers in an orderly, prompt manner after been in the bar areas many times over this last weekend.

Room was very clean, staff were wonderful, the food was really nice but a lot of chips to fill the plate however the seafood basket that I had, was cooked beautifully. I thought the fish were crab sticks they were that small but the food was good. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way but we're family. Fix the door and don't use chips to make the meals look big and I'll give 5 stars. Great location too btw. Would stay again.

Very dusty, feels more like a motel than a hotel for the price of $270 per night that we paid. Not ideal for family as it is noisy up to 12am. The carpet should be replaced and better quality tv such as a smart tv.

Aircon in the room was dodgy, a touch noisy from the pub downstairs. It’s a pub room and you should expect some ambient pub noise. Room was spotless clean and the staff were friendly.

We stayed one night in a water view room. Small but everything you need and renovated. The room opened out onto a large shared deck. We enjoyed the subset view. The pub itself is very well set out and renovated also. Lots of different spaces to give different vibes. We didn't eat here as there are many great options within a short stroll. The beach is 10 minute easy walk away. Highly recommend as a much cheaper accommodation option.

Parking is a bit of an issue as the hotel does not have their own carpark .I parked around the back in a public car park ( very close) but would have preferred to left my bike in a private carpark owned by the hotel

Overall very nice hotel and room.There was some loud speaker sound from the bar area that could be heard from our room.The room had a great bed and shower.I liked the eating facilities at the hotel.The hotel was situated in a great area.
