37 Victor Avenue on the Forster Keys

Located on the beautiful Forster Keys canals of southern Forster, this open plan, modern and fresh home can provide the perfect escape from the daily grind, whether with the family or friends. You will have your own private jetty to relax on, do some casual fishing or moor your own boat to.

With ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, you wont have a problem keeping cool on a hot day, and with the open plan living, dining and kitchen creates a great communal space that flows right out onto the under cover deck and grassed backyard with palm trees.

The three bedrooms have all of the beds made up with linens and the two bathrooms ready with towels, just don't forget to pack your own beach towels to make use of the waterways or Forster nearby beaches.

The personal jetty can be used to moor your own boat with a considerable depth into the estuary after launching your boat at the nearby boat launch at Elizabeth Parade. You can drive your boat around to tie it up on the mooring at the property but bring your own mooring ropes. The slipway is not accessible.

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.

Location good

Home owners were understanding and lovely. Management pathetic and not trustworthy. The property states they have “cleaners there straight away” when we checked numerous times to try get my frank green bottle and bag back $150 worth Just for the idiots to say but there when they weren’t there either . Could see it on the bench still hours after keys were handed back but apparently wasn’t there yes sounds lame a drink bottle but an expensive new one is hurtful to loose, either way it’s not hard to when it’s bright orange. I would never usually do this as I cannot stand it when people complain. But after doing the right thing and questioning jt within an hour doing the right thing waiting to Apply forms refund if some sort as the stay wasn’t to the cleaners best ability.,the amount of spiders think cobwebs inside and overgrown lawns I’m struggling to understand why the cleaners were so prioritized over hen clearly hadn’t gone in before we didAnd checked the property
