Delightful hotel

Wonder step back in time. Quiet , unassuming and comfortable. You relax as soon as you step through the doors. Small dinner menu but freshly cooked, reasonably priced and delicious. Breakfast menu equally good. Wonderful staff team with old fashioned values. Thank you for making our stay so nice!

The Ramnee hotel was an excellent stay for us while we toured the highlands. The hotel has a ton of character and our room was excellent. There are a few things to walk to from the hotel, but a car is a benefit to go into town. The staff was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed with the room.

2 nights stay. Room was very dated, tired and in much need of renovation. Marks on the walls and bathroom shower had such low pressure it was unusable. Tap pressure was fine, so nothing to do with Scottish water.... just need a pump for the shower! The toilet also did not flush and had a sticker on it saying to try a few times!! Even so it was very hit or miss. We highlighted the issues with the room to reception the next morning and were moved to another room, which was at least functional! Very overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Front garden nicely kept and staff friendly and helpful.
