We got a suite at a great price! The only interraction with staff was the check-in at front desk--just average. In fact I went to them before booking on Hotels.com and the person was indifferent if they had a room for me or not and suggested I look online rather than help me. Stayed for a week and suffered at the hands of a variety of noisy neighbors- the walls are quite thin, unfortunately. Staff was friendly, there were plenty of amenities and easily accessible parking. Somebody must have got drunk and urinated in the hallway on New Years Eve, because I could sure smell it the next day. Everything great as it always is. This Hotel is very consistently good. Our only problem, which is at 95% of all hotels, was that the hot tub was not working. If you rent a room at any hotel during the week the odds of the hot tub being open is very very low. Great workers here that are always ready to help.
