Staff good. Friendly. We really did not need much! The room was very nice & roomy, but the drain in tub did not drain so had to stand in water with each shower. We hated that! Staff should pick up garbage around the property. Lots of garbage and full garbage can all weekend! Also do some weeding. It’s the first thing one sees coming & going!! Not a very good first impression!

Overall, a nice stay with decent breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Mostly clean but pool was dirty and there was mold in the vents of the living room area. Elevator also broke the last morning making it difficult to get out luggage out.

The rooms were very clean. The jetted tub was weak. The breakfasts were put out without a lot of care. Coffee was weak and sausage patties tasted like they were frozen and microwaved. Had to eat elsewhere. Grounds were not kept up. Lots of highway noise. Regrettably Would not stay there again.

Would choose to stay here again

Overall and by far one of the best kept secrets in Fond du Lac for the room to stay in. Comfortable and very clean. "Continental breakfast" and having hot coffee ready in the lobby is questionable compared to others - but they provide a coffee maker in the room with a small fridge and microwave.

The hot tub was very old and barely working. Then I forgot my phone charger that was plugged in by the end table next to the side of the bed in the room. I called the hotel back as soon as I got home, but sadly it magically disappeared after they cleaned it and was never turned in to the front desk.

I think it was a little inconsiderate to have a check in time of 3:00pm and not have my room cleaned and ready until 4:00pm. I had an event to go to that evening after attending a graduation ceremony earlier in the day and needed to be able to get into the room to get ready once I got back. The 3:00pm check in was perfect for that reason and it was incredibly disappointing to not get to access my room and have to get ready in a friends room and crowd her space. There should not be a check-in time of 3pm if that is not going to be honored.

Clean and comfortable

Our stay was fantastic. Our room was very clean and everywhere we went inside it is obvious they put alot into keeping the place looking like new. We will definitely be back again.
