My family and I stayed here over the Easter break. We had a fantastic time. The house was clean and comfortable. We had many dinners for our family of 9. The location is really great, being able to step out the back door and walk out to Folly beach is awesome. As is sitting in the living room or on the deck listening to and watching the waves. The house is just 1.3 miles from town which is a fun place as well!

Everything was perfect form start to end. The house was as described, with a full kitchen, several chairs, and beach toys. The location was ideal. Communication with Rhiannon was excellent. We had an issue with the air conditioning, which she fixed very quickly (on a Sunday!)I highly recommend.

Great family vacation

This beach house was exactly what we were looking for. It fit our large family comfortably and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The walk to shops is a bit far and manuevering our large van was difficult in the pier area. If we come back we will definitely look into golf carts.

You need to stay here!

I can’t rave about this property enough. It was so clean upon arrival and looked even better in person than the listing! The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and perfect for 10 people. Having a private entrance to the beach was incredible and the outdoor space on the deck was so nice. Would definitely stay here again! Rhiannon was also so responsive and accommodating.

RIght on Beach

A wonderful beach front house, direct access to the beach, plenty of room, clean, good towels, and sheets, and pillows. All the supplies you need in the kitchen. Throughly enjoyed the house and location.

Wondering vacation with friends!

This was a great place to stay for 10 girls on a girls trip in November! Staying right on the beach was amazing, the host was super communicative and everything was clean & just like the pictures. I would absolutely stay here again!

Girls Hurricane Party

Had an amazing and relaxing stay with wonderful friends, view, and accommodations. Rhiannon offered great communication and was on top of checking with utilities during the short power outage just after the hurricane. She also assisted with a few of our silly questions prior to our stay with great recommendations as well. 12 out of 10 rating all the way around. Look forward to coming back!!

Solemate Chillin'

Beautiful location with an excellent interior layout and furnishings. Can view the ocean and surf sitting in the living room which is a big plus. Any questions we had were answered promptly by the owner. Plenty of beach equipment to keep the grandkids occupied. A overall very pleasant experience and highly recommend it.

Perfect stay

We booked this two days before our vacation due to a hurricane’s flooding of the grounds of our original rental. What a wonderful surprise to get a clean, modern home in the best location on Folly Beach island. Rhiannon couldn’t have been more communicative with the few questions I had during our stay. My family will stay there again. It was perfect!

Wonderful property!

Perfect beach house! We had a great time at Rhiannon’s home. Great location right on the beach, not far from all the restaurants and bars in Folly Beach. The house was clean and well stocked. A small problem at the beginning of the trip was addressed quickly and efficiently! Would definitely book here again!

Beautiful house on a beautiful beach

The house was so beautiful and clean. The view was amazing and we were all so happy to be able to walk right onto the beach! The kitchen had a surprising amount of gadgets to use which allowed us to make a family dinner one night including dessert using the kitchen aid. The location was perfect since it was close to the Folly Beach County Park and also just a 1.5 mile walk into town so people were able to easily do their own thing on Folly without really having to worry about transportation. Rhiannon was a great host and we would all stay here again for sure!!
