There is a lift but you must go up 2 staircases to get to it. I found the breakfast cost ($20) per each morning seemed a bit pricey. We paid for our 1st morning breakfast and it was ok! Nothing over the top. Our room was an average room except we were not informed we would have to go up 7 steps (yes in our room) to get to the bathroom! As a frequent visitor to the bathroom during the evening I found this very nerve racking. Hotel is very Quirky! Great location but not exactly what I was looking for!

One block from the PONTE Vechio, this Pensione is right out of the movies! Beautiful location, the service was impeccable. We are here in November so the weather was perfect for sleeping with the windows open. Highly recommended if you want to be in the heart of beautiful Florence.

Everything is just a short walk away, from amazing restaurants to all the iconic sights. Everyone at the hotel was so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had the most beautiful views. I truly can’t thank you all enough for making our stay so special.
