Frente a la playa, 1 habitación, se admiten perros - Deja View

Deja View es una joya familiar frente a la playa de 1644 pies cuadrados con capacidad para 6. Tiene vistas panorámicas desde todas las habitaciones y, aunque puede haber sido construido en 1980, el padre de los propietarios era un tipo de mediados de siglo que diseñó la casa con un toque de mediados de siglo mezclado con el estilo mediterráneo de los años 70. Nos encanta su ambiente retro y esperamos que aquellos de ustedes que aman todas las cosas de los años setenta vengan a disfrutar de esta increíble casa.


En el primer piso encontrarás una sala de estar, cocina y comedor que son una habitación grande para que nadie se pierda nada mientras cocina, mira la vista, mira televisión o juega un juego. La estufa de leña se encuentra en el centro de la vista panorámica para que pueda disfrutar de un fuego tostado mientras observa la tormenta en el invierno. Hay una mesa de comedor para 6 y una mesa adicional en la que puedes hacer un rompecabezas, jugar cartas o disfrutar de tu café matutino. En este piso también encontrarás 1 habitación queen, un baño con ducha y una lavadora y secadora de carga frontal de tamaño completo.

La pared de la habitación Queen se dirige hacia la sala de estar y no llega hasta el techo, ya que permite que el calor se mueva entre las habitaciones.

El segundo piso es 1 sala de juegos grande, con más vistas panorámicas, una mesa de billar, bar, otro baño. También hay una cama matrimonial y 2 gemelos. Esta casa duerme cómodamente 2 parejas con mucho espacio para extenderse, o es ideal para 2 adultos y hasta 4 niños. Aquí es donde accederás a la cubierta del segundo piso. Una vez más, la escalera está abierta de par en par con el vidrio texturizado de piso a techo para permitir que entre la luz filtrada.


El frente de la casa tiene un gran patio protegido contra el viento, y en el lado de la playa de la casa hay otra gran terraza para sentarse y observar las olas, las ballenas y las águilas calvas.


Mientras que Deja View está técnicamente frente a la playa, debes caminar alrededor de la esquina y bajar por un sendero a través del follaje y sobre una duna para llegar a la playa, estamos adivinando una caminata de .25 millas.

Was perfect for myself and the grandkids who love play pool. Helped especially when the weather turned foul.Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were wonderful. Nice that it was on dead end street so no traffic.

The views are amazing. Wonderful location close to all the things we wanted to do from the sand dunes to the devils punchbowl. Great communication. We got to the location early and they were easy to work with to get into the cabin before check in.

Coastal get away

Fun vintage 70s vibe, with a terrific view. Quiet peaceful neighborhood, a sweet trail to the beach near by. Kitchen was sooo well equipped, more than expected. We slept upstairs for the best views to wake up to.

Cozy little home.

We stayed for Thanksgiving and cooked here. The kitchen seriously has everything you need and then some. They have so many games and puzzles that we all enjoyed. The house is super cozy! Beds are all comfortable. The best part is the view. Beach is easy access with a trail one block up. This place was perfect for our family.

Hideaway

Although not right on the beach, there is a nice view of the ocean and sunset, and the walk down the street and over a hill gets you into the sand. Upstairs is all open air sleeping, fine for family and friends who don't need a private room. Downstairs is a queen bed which worked for us as a couple. There are plenty of things to do in and around Florence and our 5 days went by quickly. The house was completely adequate for our needs as a family.

Great stay at Heceta Beach

This was a great rental for me, my partner and 2 dogs. The home itself is a step back in time, such a trip! We really enjoyed the pool table and views from the deck, a short walk to beautiful Heceta beach which is never overly crowded somehow. Everything we needed to make some nice meals with halibut we purchased at Luna Sea in Yachats. I would mention if traveling with friends there is only one private bedroom-the second sleeping area is beds on the same open floor as the pool table- we opted to sleep up here for the view! This arrangement was just perfect for us. Leslie was a great host, friendly, and very responsive, just be aware you will need to sign a separate rental agreement for this home. We would definitely return to this house in the future, highly recommend!

70's Throwback

This was place a throwback to th 70's which I love. They are a few things that are not small children friendly. The staircase is very scary my 4-year old nephew fit through the slats. Thank goodness he was only visiting for a few hours. There is large wood burning fireplace with a rock hearth again not small children friendly. The carpet should be changed out not great for a rental.

It's a 'trip'!

This place is very much like visiting the family from Stranger Things, or maybe the set of Boogie Nights. I felt a bit like I should be wearing a polyester suite, with the shirt buttoned half way down, and a collar you could hang glide with. It's fun in a weird way. The downstairs is a 1 bedroom 70s home. Lots of windows let you see the surf. The second floor was intended as a party space. I'm sure that many drinks with colorful umbrellas were served here. There is a wet bar ready to be stocked. The queen and 1 single beds up here are a concession to allow more than a single couple to spend the night. My suggestion to the owners would be to go with the vibe and put in one of those big round beds with silk sheets and a mirror ball above it. Maybe a hide-a-bed could replace the twins. That would be a place for the ultimate Tiki-Tiki room party. (That sort of thing may be what they are trying to discourage.) I was a teen in the 70's. It was a lot of fun remembering the wood paneling just like my old basement. The swag lamp next to my bed. Deja View is a very cool place for the nostalgic among us.

Good place for a quiet retreat

Comfortable and clean. We were especially happy to be able to take our dog, and the accommodations included dog towels. The walk to the beach includes some steep slopes, not easy for elderly folks. There’s easy beach access not far away to the north.

Wonderful, private, peaceful home

We absolutely loved staying here. Ocean views were spectacular. Took many hikes over dunes to beach. Wonderful, private place with many amenities. We will definitely return.
