Great location, great stay

The property is tucked into a nice, quiet, almost hidden neighborhood on the river. The house was immaculate and had all the features and amenities we needed and then some. We loved the screened in back porch with views of the river, and the kids loved fishing on the bank. Was a great, relaxing weekend for the family.

Very Relaxing

The house and location was beautiful. The only drawback was the half bath toilet hadn’t been flushed and the floors were dirty looked like dog hair but there are not supposed to be pets so not sure what all that hair was. I would definitely recommend this place though very pretty and loved the location.

Breathtaking

This place was amazing beautiful views of the river and mountains Gastons was right across the river great place to eat a little bit of a drive but well worth it. Went on a trout fish trip with our favorite guide GI on the Fly Paul Bobby overall was trip well needed to relax

Weekend fishing trip

The house and property are beautiful, no trouble streaming the football game on TV, and terrific wade-in access to the river. We enjoyed time around the fire pit one evening and all agreed that the screened in porch is a game changer. We had a few questions for the hosts who responded immediately and were very cheerful and helpful. I cannot recommend this property highly enough! Thank you!!

White River Home

Beautiful home. Very well appointed and right on the river where the fish bite. Very hospitable owner. A bit pricey when all is said and done with but the “juice is definitely worth the squeeze”. I’d rent it again in a heartbeat. Great house!!!

Sara’s home was so clean and was beautifully decorated! She was wonderful with communication and she left snacks/water for us; she even baked a pan of brownies for our friend’s birthday. We will definitely be back!

Listing is not accurate

Location is good, and the neighborhood is clean and nice. The rental itself is clean and perfect for family or group of anglers. communication with host is not the best as this is listed on vrbo, then booking is through another company then the host is a separate contact all together. it took several weeks to get ahold of anyone about our stay. The listing was not accurate about having a functional grill. we brought all food to cook on the grill and it is extremely damaged including the gas line and non functional. the property was supposed to have WiFi which was never online or functional so we did not have television in the evenings or wifi capabilities for our cell phones. our group had planned to do work in the early mornings using the wifi and that was not possible. the combination of no wifi and no functional grill really changed the entire dynamic of our stay as these two things were highly valuable and part of the listings amenities.

Wonderful Property right on the river!

We absolutely loved the house-so cozy and comfy! The large screened in porch was a major bonus. We spent a lot of time out there watching people fish and listening to kids play at the resort across the river. It was a super relaxing, peaceful place! We'll definitely go again!

Nice home right on the river

New house right on the river and across from Gaston’s. The house was well appointed and clean. We enjoyed the screened in porch with the river view. Kitchen was set up with good quality pots, pans and dishes.

Perfect weekend getaway

Very quiet and felt secluded despite being in a neighborhood. Jumbo sized lots. Easy checkin. Communication from guest contact a day ahead was professional & helpful but not intrusive. The home felt very new, fresh, extremely well decorated. The decor and finishes throughout the home were beautifully done. Views from every single room-even the garage! We fished from the bank one afternoon. Enjoyed the porch in the evening. And snuggled in the large, cozy sectional in the evening. I’m a bird nerd and got to see lots of birds. The large tree near the stairs to the river seems to be a favorite perch for birds. I got to see a bald eagle from my bed one morning! The shower in the main bedroom had great pressure, hot/steamy, and spotless. I was able to log into my streaming channels then log back out before we left. Main bedroom bed had great bed linens and slept well. All appliances worked great. No complaints! I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

Beautiful place!!

It was a beautiful home inside and out right on the river! It was clean, well kept and lovely furnishings!! Drank my coffee every morning on the screened-in beautiful porch looking at the river. Our family loved it and we would definitely stay there again!

A great home located in a quiet relaxing area. Will definitely stay here again! Only drawback is the steps to the river end in a precarious final step down to the rocks and gravel in the river.

nice home but!

I have two complaints, I travel a fair amount and am very used to streaming my own tv service so I know how to do it! the TV situation here is poor at the best the first evening I spent 30 minutes trying to get to my streaming service and could not no app available and no way to down load it, I then tried to mirror my phone using my service and it kept disconnecting, this is not acceptable. I should be refunded part of my payment like that is going to happen! Evolve has not responded to my request. The second issue is the kitchen equipment the knives for cooking would not even cut the bottom off of the asparagus I brought, guys you can do better put a sharpener in the drawer or replace the knives. I won't be staying in this house again!

Perfect House!

The house is beautiful!! The property is clean and so nice! There was even an eagle's down the road. We had a wonderful time and had zero issues. Check in was easy and finding the house was easy as well. Highly recommend!!

The home was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. It is located in a gated community. The White river is just yards from the great screened in porch. Everything about this property is high end. I am thankful to the owners for sharing such a beautiful place. My only complaint is all the fees imposed. I left other rental property services for that reason. Now VRBO is the same.
