The property is situated close to the popular wedding venue Flaxton Gardens, just a four-minute drive from Montville village, and within walking distance to the picturesque Kondalilla Falls National Park.



Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area features polished timber floors, a fireplace, and a seamless connection to the expansive deck—fitted with a ceiling Heat Strip radiator, wind-rated blinds, and a Weber BBQ for year-round entertaining.

Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the property. Please note that the previous downstairs, private studio is not longer accessible for guests.

And the hinterland area is renowned for its fresh produce - visit a winery, a craft brewery or a local dairy. There’s plenty to experience in the area!

The property is not ideal for young children. There is the obvious danger of a hot fireplace, plus the risk of falls off the deck if young children climb the balustrading, and the property is not fully fenced.
