This was my first time staying here and both the hotel lobby and my guestroom was very clean. And the staff was friendly. I will probably stay here again for 1 night when passing through this area. BTW this was the second of two Hendersonville stops off the highway and I prefer this one better because more action, so I felt safer as a single woman traveling alone.

Property was just fine. Expedia screwed up the second day of my reservation for this property. I had a confirmed reservation, which showed in my Expedia account, but the hotel showed they had never received the reservation for the second time. Very frustrated with Expedia and good luck on trying to speak with a live person - much less an individual who is (a) onshore in the U.S. and (b) empowered to make ANY kind of decision.
