Well for starters, if having Wi-Fi is important to you, this is probably not the place to stay. We had continuous issues with connectivity. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. There were only two windows that could be opened and they did not have screens and it was hot. So if you wanted to cool off you had to choose between bugs flying in or putting the fan in front of the window to cool the place down. The floors are beautiful, painted cement which makes it really nice to have dogs because you don't have to worry about them damaging carpet with their paws. I personally like to cook and the pans were a very poor quality and there's not very many kitchen gadgets, we had to buy a can opener. Also there was only one kitchen towel provided. No dishwasher which is okay but there was also no drain rack for drying the dishes after you washed them. I had read on the reviews about a large hole in the floor just as you're entering the front door and assumed it might be fixed by the time we got there, but it wasn't. So we had to stuff a paper towel in it because there were spider webs down there. Also, in two of the corners there were spider webs with spiders in them. The ground level apartment is really cute and I felt safe. I have Verizon as cell phone carrier and service was four out of five bars. Overall the apartment was clean when we arrived. Bed was fairly comfortable. The host did do their best to resolve the connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi.
