However, the spa only turns on from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM in winter and 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM in summer—this is just how the system operates. While the spa is heated the same as the pool, it won’t surpass the pool temperature, and there are no bubbles.

The home was as advertised on the app. It slept everyone well. The large kitchen and great room was great for everyone ending the day with a meal and fellowship. The home is about a 2 minute stroll to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. The pool was nice to relax at after coming back from the beach. Flagler and Palm Coast are both short drives.

The check-in process was very easy. There were next to no household items in the house: paper products or cleaning supplies. The pool was lovely, but the hot tub did not work until 9pm, and then for two hours only, with the explanation being they couldn’t run both? Both were in the advertisement. The three floors were nice as we had three generations of our family. The beach was very private and easy to access once you crossed the busy street, the sand was a bit shelly’. The town of Flagler was very small, rural, no real shops or tourist area. The 40 minute ride for a day in St Augustine was worthwhile . The manager responded very quickly but offered no resolution to our hot tub disappointment. We had a nice time,

Great location and lots of potential

My family enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach(5min walk). The house was great for our large family. We had an amazing time. There are issues with the house. Many were addressed by management during our stay but more remain. There were many bees and fire ants by the pool area. The pergola is falling apart and needs help. The railing on the 3rd deck is loose. This house has great potential but still needs some repairs. Management was very responsive to our needs.

Hot Tub Issues

The house was clean with plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our family. The elevator for the 3 story house was a life saver. The beach was great and uncrowded, almost like a private beach. The hot tub is on an automated settings that does not come on until 5:30 PM and never gets to normal hot tub temperature. There is no way for renters to make adjustments. This was quite disapponting. The trail to the A1A through the palmettos is quite treacherous and the crossing signal on A1A wasn't working. The host was resonsive to our requests and questions, but used automated resonses, that often didn't make any sense. I would stay here again if they fixed the hot tub issues.
