This hotel was very quiet and very family friendly.
Everything was great. We stayed on the second floor no elevator, which was ok with us. Room had fridge and microwave, coffee maker. Room was clean, staff was great. location was perfect.
We had a wonderful stay. It was very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were spotless. I would definitely stay there again!

This was our first time staying at Parkwood Lodge and it was a great experience. Check-in was fast and extremely friendly. The room was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in at any hotel or resort.They handled COVID-19 precautions very well, and were highly responsive to exchanging dirty towels for clean in a bag outside of our door. Every time we called the front desk for towel exchange the person who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.
The accommodations were pretty good for the price. We were frustrated by barely working wi fi. When I mentioned it at the reception desk at check out, I was told they were full so a lot of people were using the wi fi and “we are in northern WI.”
Lovely old fashioned hotel dtill had keys. and board games available.
I like that it always enough beds for all my family members and the price was alright. However, the worst thing about this hotel or room is that the air conditioner is extremely loud. It is impossible to sleep. Sometimes, it even shakes certain part of the room. In addition, the bathroom is extremely small. It's too small that the sink has to be outside in the bed area. By the way, there is no elevator to the second floor so if you have heavy luggage, that's a problem.
I loved the beds and the pillows!! Very nice, comfortable and clean.

The room we stayed in was newly remodeled and was very nice. The grounds could use some work. Didn't use the pool, so don't know how it was.
The Parkwood is in a good location, staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. They serve delicious coffee in the morning and the beds are very comfortable. The room had newer microwave, fridge and TV. I just had a hard time getting past the damp smell of the room and it felt a bit run down in spite of the updates.
