Eusebio) It is 5 minutes walk from Finalborgo and a few minutes by bike from the beautiful beaches of Finale Ligure and Varigotti. Strategic position for those who climb, cycle and walk the wonderful Finalese hinterland. Large and spacious accommodation in a semi-detached villa immersed in the green Aquila valley, located a few minutes walk from the medieval village
From here you can easily reach the most beautiful paths of the Finale area, the climbing walls, the Castles, the church of the five bell towers and other beautiful monuments.

We rented this residence for a holiday with 8 people. Based on the photos and the description, we assumed we had rented the entire house. This turned out not to be the case, as the property was divided into two apartments that were rented out separately. The apartments were very noisy, and the terraces were only separated by a small hedge. This was not mentioned anywhere in the description. In addition, the owner of the apartment regularly walked through the garden, which meant there was no real sense of privacy.Inside the house, there was also little privacy, as all the interior doors (including the bathroom doors) had windows. The handle of the kitchen tap was broken, and the sink often got clogged. The extractor hood contained a lot of dust, which could fall into the food while cooking, and it was also greasy and dirty. The apartment was poorly maintained, although the garden was beautiful.From the apartment it was about a 5-minute walk to the historic town of Finalborgo, 30 minutes to the beach, and around 40 minutes to the center of Finale Ligure

Tolles Haus für ein MTB Trainingslager

Wir waren 10 Tage im schönen Haus von Pier für unser MTB Trainingslager zur Vorbereitung auf die Rennsaison. Das Haus ist schön ruhig gelegen und hat alles was man braucht und vor allem die Garage für die Bikes war top. Die Kommunikation mit Pier war unkompliziert und er war immer super hilfsbereit.

Beautiful place in Finalborgo

We enjoyed the week at Pier‘s house a lot. The garden and surrounding area was beautiful. Pier is super nice and friendly and took care of everything. See you next time, Villa Garitta
