I can’t even find the words. Our stay at Palagina was so wonderful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I along with our 2 children ages 7/5 loved our apartment stay. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Beautiful views of the vineyard and Tuscan hills. The food at both venues were delicious , fresh and presentation was on point! The last night we reserved the vineyard dinner. This was so special to us. Our children loved the activities, pool and the playground. What a wonderful way to explore the Tuscan culture with our children.

The room was cute, but shower head was disgusting. I turned on the water and noted the stream going every which way. I looked up because that can only mean that the shower head is dirty. The white shower head had black all over the spouts. Some were so blocked, nothing came out while the others were shooting in different directions. They need some vinegar soap and water to clean it. . Then I don’t even think they changed the trash bag from the previous stay, just grabbed the trash out cuz there was floss in the bin. The restaurant was okay. My risotto was very undercooked. Very heard. But the flavor was amazing. We started with one server who ended up ignoring us the rest of the stay. The one that took over was very kind and sweet. Then Arianna with the olive oil and wine tasting was great as well. The only reason I gave this place any stars was for them two.

We loved our stay at Palagina. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Our room and the views are absolutely stunning. We loved hanging by the pool and taking walks on some paths to see natures around us. Wine and olive oil was also super tasty! We did a tasting and it was fantastic. Only thing that was that there is only a few restaurants on the property and they closed some for events so you are stuck with eating there if you don’t have a car. And taxis are practically non existent in this area, roads are narrow and winding with no lights so unsafe to walk anywhere. I would highly recommend renting a car if you come to this facility. I believe they have free parking.

The staff at the la cuchina was helpful and friendly, especially the people in the hamburger outdoor dining area. However, although the upper main hotel is available for dinner, and bee viewing, they didn't seem welcoming. We did not get property information upon check in and had to find out about most things ourself and.much if that was too late. An extremely concerning point is the two dogs on property, who are basically ignored. Not one employee knew their names. They clearly are uncomfortable with fleas. Such sweet, friendly and lonely dogs being mistreated. This ruined my experience.

The property has nice views but the rooms are subpar. The rooms are loud (definitely not sound proof as advertised), bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, fridge didn’t work and room overall felt very dingy. We were so disappointed with the room we booked accommodation elsewhere until the hotel could accommodate a room in their sister property the Dimora. I will say the staff was kind when assisting in this transition. However the sister property which is a 4 star hotel also left something to be desired. The room was smaller than we expected, the pool was not clean and unusable and there were no bikes available on the property (which I thought was advertised). Overall the staff was great but it was a pretty underwhelming stay.

The place has one of the best landscaping and a stunning view of green hills around. We took a lot of pictures and we had a very nice time. The staff is very friendly and always there to help.

A cosy place to stay in Tuscany about 30 minutes out of Florence. Super friendly staff and free parking, plus supermarkets close by. Great for self-drive holiday. Unpleasant smell in bathroom possibly from blocked pipes and we couldn't get the air-conditioner working so was challenging to get to sleep as it was warm inside and couldn't leave the window open due to mosquitos. Part of a winery with lovely Tuscan views and farm animals on the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are clean and up to date. High ceiling and stone walls makes the rooms a bit more special. Amazing view from the breakfast area which is located on a hill next to the hotel. It would take 10-15 to walk up the hill. A car makes it more convenient We would visit this luxurious resort again

Very good stay at Palagina Cascina. I’d a short distance from Villa La Palagina where the restaurant is for breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed the food at breakfast and great view. Dinner menu a bit limited, especially if you don’t eat meat. La Casina had its own pool and dining area for lunch. Loved the resort. Great location. Would definitely go back again.
