todo muy mal, reservamos una habitación doble y cuando llegamos al hotel la chica nos cobra 10€ de suplemento por entrar más tarde de las 00:00 cuando reservamos a las 23:55. por otra parte nos dice que ya no quedan habitaciones y nos ofrece una tienda de campaña cuando habíamos pagado la habitación y no se devuelve el importe, es una estafa.

En Can Pomeretes no pudimos alojarnos finalmente porque hubo un problema con Expedia pero nos recibieron bien y el trato fue amable, en seguida buscaron cómo resolver la situación y fueron honestos

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer erhalten, das wir gebucht haben. Anscheinend wurde es doppelt gebucht. Wir sollten ein Zimmer nehmen, das eine geteilte Toilette auf dem Gang sowie eine Badewanne mitten im Zimmer hatte (kein weiteres Bad, keine Dusche). Gebucht war ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Diskussion mit dem Manager war sehr mühsam und teilweise unfreundlich. Wir haben uns dann für ein kleineres Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad entschieden, das eigentlich billiger gewesen wäre. Als Entschädigung haben wir kostenloses Frühstück bekommen, das wirklich sehr lecker war. Die Angestellte, die es zubereitet, war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Pool war schön erfrischend und der Ausblick auf der Terrasse wunderbar. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, so auch das Badezimmer. Die Tür vom Badezimmer klemmte so sehr, dass man bis zu einer Minute daran rütteln musste, um heraus zu kommen. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft in Ordnung, mit ein paar Highlights und ein paar unangenehmen Überraschungen.

L'établissement est agréablement bien situé et au calme. Le cadre est magnifique. Nous avons été très bien reçu par une jeune fille à l'écoute de nos questions. Le confort des chambres et la propreté étaient au rendez vous. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux, quel dommage il n'y avait pas de jus de fruits et de chocolat chaud, seul point négatif facile pour y remédier.
