The apartment available is the 3.5-room apartment named Claudio, located on the second floor and comfortably furnished throughout. It features 2 bedrooms situated at the back of the house, both of which can accommodate a crib, making this an ideal choice for families. The kitchen, dining area with a corner bench, and living room are arranged in a bright, open-plan layout. The apartment includes 2 wet rooms: a bathroom equipped with a shower, bathtub, and sink, as well as a separate WC. In 2024, the floors in the living and bedrooms were renewed with vinyl flooring, adding a fresh and modern touch to the interior.
