Three floor building with pool between. We have been on third floor with roof. Nice view, covered sun against. 10 minutes walk to beach. Beach is free of charge. Many restaurants and cafes on the beach, many people each evening. For family was OK. Nothing around of the property, just Macro Center shop nearest.

Nice apart hotel - everything was in good condition, nice pool area would be really good for young families. Good communication from management via whatsapp, parking was on the street outside the hotel and was never a problem. 10 minute walk to Calis beach, 2 minute walk to Macrocenter supermarket. All in all a nice stay.

Lovely apartment.

We loved our stay at Yasam Park we were in apartment 1 on the ground floor which was very spacious, the pool area is really nice and peaceful. The apartment was very well equipped even had dishwasher tablets provided although we didn't use them as we ate out, I think it would be a good idea if you could buy powder or capsules for the washing machine at the apartment as I didn't take anything with me and didn't want to be buying a full pack, just an idea as I couldn't wash the towels. Tolga is a lovely man very helpful, we would definitely stay again, it was a fair walk to the beach but once we got our bearings it was fine, there were lots of places to eat along the front.
