All bad things about a hotel you can imagine are here all together, Very Dirty, room furniture , shower, hanger, water boiler all have kind of problem, very ugly and dirty wall and floor all common area and inside your room, not cleaning until you give tip! Refrigerator has mold! Pool is almost full by kids, not good drinks at all, You are asking for towel and after 1 hour you will get tea bag instead cause staff barely understand English, No real blanket , queen bed is intact 2 single bed beside together with a separate mattress, Food are all the same all days… what else you need to enjoy from money and time you spend?

It is a terrible place to stay. Restroom is awful, sewer is not working properly. You need to push the button on toilet to clean after you 10 times as a minimum. They cleaned the room only on fourth day. Bad smell. Regarding staff: guys are doing their best. Only staff can get high marks! My advice: don’t stay here.

DO NOT stay here it shouldn’t even be on Expedia it needs to be taken off! The good reviews must be fake or paid. I’ve had such a nightmare with this hotel the rooms were such a state and they shouldn’t be available if they need repairs. The food is terrible and no actual juice for the kids?! But you’re all inclusive? No managers ever available? No apologies for the room state, no solutions for a new room just happy for me to leave. Avoid this hotel it’ll ruin your holiday! I have a toddler and I spent a whole day looking for a new place to stay near to the beach, I don’t write reviews but this place needs to be taken off it’s very serious. Expedia didn’t help me either for 6 days as the hotel wouldn’t give a refund. Avoid at all costs this place is criminal and will tell you to leave but won’t initiate a refund. I’m sure many people have lost money or been in limbo to customer service.

Ailemle birlikte Dream of Ölüdeniz’de 1 hafta tatil yaptık ve gerçekten çok güzel zaman geçirdik. Otele ilk girişimizden itibaren çalışanların güler yüzü ve samimiyeti bizi çok mutlu etti. Kendimizi misafir değil de sanki evimizdeymiş gibi hissettik. Odalar tertemiz, ferah ve rahat; düzenli olarak temizlendi, bu da bize ayrıca güven verdi. Yemekler oldukça lezzetliydi, sabah kahvaltısı, öğle yemeği, atıştırmalıkları ve akşam yemeği, pool barı oldukça iyiydi ve sağlam menüleriyle gayet başarılılardı.Yemeklerde taze ürünler kullanılıyordu. Havuz alanı temiz ve sakin, gün boyu keyifle vakit geçirdik. Konum olarak da harika bir yerde, hem merkeze, plaja çok yakın hem de gürültüden uzak huzurlu bir ortam sağlıyordu.Misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederiz.

Tuvalet kokusu bütün odayı sarmış, yataklar ve yastıklar kokuyor, kat boşlukları darmadağın yedek yataklar, kutular havlular sular ortalıkta. Yemek olarak sadece tavuk var o da tavuk sote çöp kokuyordu ve acı ile sanırım bunu bastırmaya çalışmışlar. Kahvaltıya uğramadım bile dışarı çıkan yanık yağ kokusu bütün otel bahçesini sarmıştı. İlk olarak memnuniyetimdeb bahsedeyim. Persobel çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Özellikle Hatice hanım, Güvenlik Hakan, Celal ve Hüseyin çok iyi ve ilgililer. Yemeklere gelince sürekli aynı şeyler veya türev ürünler çıkıyor. Pideleri güzel. Otelin genel temizlik ve iş güvenliği sorunları var. Odaların bir kısmı yenilenmiş ama oda çok iyi değil. Sanırım bir yönetim eksikliği var otelde. Klimalar temizlenmediği için hasta ediyor. Fiyat performans olarak biraz düşük bir otel. Konum olarak tercih ettiğimiz otelden çok mutsuz ayrılmadık diyebilirim.

Oteli satın aldığınızda odanız otele girince gelince belli olucak dendi.girdiğimizde balayı olduğunu soledik ve havuz manzaralı çatı katı verdiler resepsiyona yakın konumda.oda çok kötü gider kokuyor,buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Odayı 2 kez havalandırdık sürekli geliyor o koku.gece 10 gibi dayanamayıp odamızı değiştirilmesini istedik ancak yarın değişim olabileceğini söylediler. Ertesi gün kahvaltidan sonra recepsyona gittik odamizi degistirdiler ve güzel bı odaya geçiş yaptik.buzdolabi çalışmadığı için soğuk su istedik koliyle su getirdiler ve soğuk değildi. Yemeklere gelirsek akşam icin çeşit var açık büfe ama mezeler ve tatlılarda sıkıntı var bayat veya bozuk gibi yiyemedik. Havuzu 140 cm ve 125 cm ayrı 2 havuzu var fena değildi. Türk kahvesi ücretli herşey ücretsiz değil Girişte güvenlikte göremedik biz. Odalarda yataklar yastıklar pis ve kokuyordu Duşa kabinler dar ve tazikli suda yönü değişiyor ve karşısında fön makinası var üstüne geliyordu. Odamıza 1 kez meyve geldi sonra gelmedi bidaha. Tek İyi tarafı olarak fiyatı makul oludeniz merkezine çok yakın konumda

Vi overnattet 5 dage . Maden var ringe , vi måtte spise ude, fordi maden var det samme heletiden . Hygiejne var slem , værelserne var små og der var fugt . Hotellet har ikke sin egen strand , du skal betale for at svømme på stranden .
