Séjour pendant Noël

Appartement au 2eme etage. l'Interieur de l'appartement ne semblait pas encore complète mais la cuisine était bien équipée. Grace à Brigitte, la co-hôte, notre séjour était très agréable. Un peu inconvénient était que l'appartement est située à une route très frequentée. La région est d'autre part très belle et riche en nature. Famille Huisman Pays-Bas

Séjour sur weekend prolongé

Parties communes peu accueillantes. Appartement convenable mais les finissions sont à revoir. L'état et la propreté de la vaisselle aussi (tasses cassées). Luminaires avec fils apparents et lumières clignotantes, ambiance discothèque =D. Autre souci, un seul toilette pour cette capacité d'accueil... Location assez chère pour emplacement et état général... Heureusement les 2 contacts qui nous avions étaient disponibles et certains de ces soucis ont été signalés. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour, même si le logement se trouve en bord de route mais peu de circulation en soirée.

Quelle déception !!

Appartement prévu pour 12 personnes alors que : 8 chaises, pas assez de verre, couvert, assiette, tasses (cassées pour la plupart), Canapé 5 personnes, etc. Pas de sac poubelle ni poubelle de tri. Pas de spot dans la salle de bain. Sèche serviette pas branché. Radiateur bloqué au silicone. Aucune info sur les poubelles, le fonctionnement de la TV, les radiateurs bloqués, pas de détecteur de fumée, des fils électriques apparents, Aucun document d’état des lieux, pas d’inventaire de matériel, AUCUN commerce, le seul était fermé sur les dates de notre séjour. Aucun contrôle après chaque vacancier. Le mobilier est vétuste, la plupart abîmé, Quand on est arrivé, il y avait du linge étendu partout, sur les portes, fenêtres, table, etc. On n’était pas attendu et la dame qui s’occupe du logement n’était pas au courant de notre venue. C’est l’épicière qui nous a expliqué le fonctionnement du logement et comment récupérer les clés dans un bal non identifiée (3), etc. Une fois arrivé, on a été obligé d’appeler Abritel pendant 15' pour avoir les renseignements et pour pouvoir rentrer dedans. Digne d'un escape game. Impossible de contacter la propriétaire qui encaisse son argent mais ne se soucie aucunement de son logement. Attention, l’annonce n’est pas d’actualité, il faut aller 15 kms plus loin pour faire ses courses et acheter du pain. Les informations nous ont été données par des gens du village. Aucun commerçant. (Photos) Un parking en contrebas conseillé par les voisins. Les indications sur l'annonce sont celle de la mairie. J'ai des photos si besoin. Accès sur le bord d'une départementale fréquentée et très dangereuse pour les enfants. AUCUN COMMERCE A MOINS DE 15 KMS. A fuir.

Logement très spacieux ! Brigitte : co -hôte est très sympa et toujours dispo pour les locataires !

Logement très spacieux ! Avec le linge de maison fourni : nous n avons que nos valises à poser à l arrivé !!! La boulangerie et la supérette sont à 2 pas ! Le boulanger est très agréable et le pain frais au petit déjeuner est très apprécié ! Il y a aussi plusieurs départs de randonnées au centre bourg : très bien balisés ! Et pour la location : rapport qualité prix : difficile de trouver mieux !!! 2 petits points négatifs : le canapé n est pas adapté au nombre de personnes et le miroir au dessus du lavabo qui n est pas branché !

Très satisfaisant dans l'ensemble, logement très spacieux, la pièce de vie fait d'ailleurs un peu vide et manque d'un vrai canapé adapté à la capacité d'accueil du logement. Appartement TRÈS PROPRE.
