Everything was fine. I was in the older South Tower, only real complaint was that the wall mount heat and cool unit does not shut off at all when it reached the set temperature. I did turn the fan down to low speed but I still found it noisy. Room was comfortable and clean

Unable to take a bath or shower the water was luke warm called the front desk about it and they never got back to me told them about it when i checked out the employe told me they checked the boiler the temperature was showing normal wrote a complain note no one has got back to me about it not even an apology after speaking to a friend of mine that stayed there had the same issue very unfriendly service extremely dissapointed please look into the service for this hotel everyone should be able to take a shower after a long drive to get there thank you.

The staff was polite and very helpful in checking us in early. The room was.really clean, roomy and well appointed. The shower was about amazing and beautiful. The casino was great, wish they had more video poker machines.
