Razoável, o quarto estava ok. Depois de trocar algumas toalhas manchadas. O grande problema é com as áreas comuns, simplesmente estão abandonadas, deck está quebrado, iluminação insuficiente, falta de manutenção e limpeza inadequada.

Fiquei pela segunda vez nessa pousa e fui surpreendido negativamente. Fiquei por 4 dias, só teve limpeza nos quartos e troca de toalha no primeiro dia. Além disso, assim que chegamos encontramos fios de cabelo espalhando no banheiro. Isso já mostrava que não estava tão cuidada quanto da prima vez. Quanto as pessoas que preparam o café da manhã, essas são simpáticas e muito atenciosa.

Todo excelente, atendimento da equipe sem defeitos sempre muito atenciosos e prestativos. Ponto de melhoria: mesmo tendo ficado no quarto ao lado da recepção, a Wi-Fi não pega dentro do quarto, o que restringe o uso da internet ao lobby da pousada.

Propriedade sem serviços de pousada. A limpeza do quarto era feita a cada 3 dias e troca das toalhas também; café da manhã extremamente simples; não há serviço de quarto e nem telefone para contato com a recepção; os recepcionistas não ficavam disponíveis na pousada caso precisasse de algo; a pousada só disponibiliza de café da manhã (não possui opção para café da tarde ou lanche durante o dia/noite); Serviço bem decepcionante, pois não tem serviços de pousada e pelo valor pago! Já estivemos em Noronha mais vezes e essa foi a primeira pousada que ficamos e saímos insatisfeitos! Precisam melhorar muito para cobrar o valor que foi pago!

Não vale o preço da diária, pois precisa de reforma. O ponto positivo foi o atendimento de Cristina e sua irmã que tentavam amenizar a deficiência da pousada. Box do banheiro e torneira com defeito. Deck de madeira se soltando. Cama desconfortável. Senti falta de inhame, macaxeira e outras coisas no café da manhã, apesar de que tudo que tinha era gostoso.

The main issue with our stay is that there was ZERO internet access for the four days we were at the hotel. They said it was because of rain the day we arrived, but it didn’t rain much after that and it still never worked. There’s something to be said about disconnecting from the world...especially in such a beautiful place. However, when it’s a forced disconnection then it can be disruptive. The breakfast was nice...made to order each day if you can speak Portuguese. The room is a simple room, but comfortable. Towels weren’t replaced during our stay, but they had drying racks outside of each room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From a cost standpoint it was budget friendly enough compared to other hotels on the island b

Boa pousada

Pousada muito boa, gostei da localização perto de mercado e bares. A pousada e nova então bem organizado. Gostei muito da senhora que fica fazendo o café da manhã tudo fresco e ela por morar a muito tempo na ilha conhece absolutamente tudo, uma pena não lembrar o nome dela. Mas ela nos deixa bem confortável com todos o que e pedido e faz tudo bem feito e nos entrega quente. Resumindo boa pousada num local em que os preços são bem caros achei o preço dela bem razoável.
