The ground floor flows naturally and invitingly, with ample seating for everyone and an electric fireplace to keep things cosy on cooler evenings. The sitting room is well equipped for downtime, with a networked smart TV and piano - whether you fancy a film night, catching up on a favourite series or a little impromptu music-making after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need - gas hob, double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine - while a separate ground floor shower room with WC is a welcome practical touch, especially handy after a day on the beach.

A quiet study off the sitting room offers a peaceful retreat from the main living areas, with a bookcase stocked with books, games and toys for all ages - perfect for a rainy afternoon or a wind-down after a day of exploring.
