In direct proximity to the small, unspoiled bays of Cala Mitjana and Cala Sa Nau, the "Finca Sanau" is located just outside the popular resort of Cala d'Or. The vacation home inspires with its architecture: it has an elegant, round tower, in which some of the rooms are located. The finca consists of a stylishly furnished living room with wooden beams, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and thus accommodates 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, A/C, heating, fireplace, satellite TV, baby crib and high chair (on request). In the private outdoor area there is a spacious pool landscape surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and palm trees. Here you can unwind in the idyllic surroundings. Enjoy a perfect vacation on the covered terrace with meals prepared on the grill or challenge yourself to a game of table tennis. For the little ones there is a children's playground. Thanks to the ideal location, the vacation home is perfect for a varied vacation. Pros: We really liked the location of the house and the large garden area. The house has different spots to sit together or separately, with different terraces on the ground, first and upper floor. The house is bigger and had more bedrooms and beds than we expected, and the tower bedrooms have an additional living room area which is great if you're staying with a group. Everything was very clean and somebody came by daily to give the pool a quick clean. The host was very friendly. Cons: The beds were short and mattresses and pillows very soft. There could have been some more serving and dinnerware for groups, especially bigger bowls. It would have been nice to have bins to separate waste.

Great location - fantastic pool

Pros: Beautiful villa with great outside area, pool was amazing. It was cleaned and checked every day. Great BBQ and outside pizza oven. Plenty of sunbeds and nice big table for dining. Nice sized bedrooms. Air con in the bedrooms. Location was good with a 20-30min walk to 2 great secluded beaches thay were great in the morning, but rather crowded in the afternoon. A 20-30min walk to town. Good service from hosts - flexible and helped us out when needed. Replaced broken microwave next morning. Cons: pillows were very thin and there were not enough of them. Air con was only in the bedrooms and was only able to be switched on after 8pm until 8 am. Not a big problem, but the interior decor was a bit dated and could do with a refresh for the price paid. Remember your mosquito repellant spray - you will need it.

Die Finca hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Lediglich die Qualität der Betten und Matratzen ist Verbesserungsfähig. Ausstattung, sowie die Abstimmung und Übergabe mit der Vermieterin waren sehr gut.

Pros: Was wirklich super war: - alles war sauber - Schlüsselübergabe - Müll wurde alle 2 Tage abgeholt - Außenküche -Strand in Laufnähe - wunderschöne Lage Cons: - es gab nur 1 Klopapierrolle / Bad… bei 1800€ die Woche, hätte das schon dabei sein dürfen - Matratzen war von super bis komplett durchgelegen - Entsafter ist defekt - Vermieter kamen 1x unangemeldet um am Pool etwas zu prüfen - Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs müssen gekauft werden

Gute Aufteilung für z.B. 2 Familien durch separate, getrennte Etagen und Eingänge, jedoch keine direkte Verbindung im Haus . Tolle Terrassen mit grandiosem Rundblick aufs Meer und in die Berge. Pros: Reibungslose, unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Sehr schöner Garten, sehr ruhige, ländliche Lage etwas außerhalb vom nur 5 km entfernten Cala D’or. 20 Gehminuten zu den wunderschönen Buchten Cala Mitjana und Cala Sa Nau. Betten waren o.k. Gute Aufteilung für z.B. 2 Familien durch separate, getrennte Etagen und Eingänge, jedoch keine direkte Verbindung im Haus . Tolle Terrassen mit grandiosem Rundblick aufs Meer und in die Berge. Super Pool. Cons: Das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend an neue Standards angepasst werden. Die Deko (Bilder/ Strohblumen/ Trockengestecke etc. stammen wohl aus den 80ern), ist Geschmacksache. Bäder im Erdgeschoss sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß und die Badmöbel abgenutzt, die obere Etage geht gerade noch. Die Küche ist jedoch nicht mehr akzeptabel, hier müsste mindestens ein neuer Herd installiert werden, am besten gleich auch neue Schränke. Kaffeemaschine und die elektrische Saftpresse waren ohne Funktion Der Toaster war verschmort . Es fehlten Schalen und auch sonst war die Ausstattung dürftig. Nur der Kühlschrank war offenbar neu. Bei einem Haus dieser Preisklasse kann man mehr erwarten . Leider wurde dadurch der ansonsten gute Eindruck vom Haus getrübt. Wenn etwas in die Ausstattung investiert würde, kann man dieses Haus sehr gut weiter empfehlen. Wir würden dann auch gerne wiederkommen
