Our newly furnished apartment (built in 2011) has a floor area of 65 square meters and is at ground level on a plot of 900m². It is quietly located on a dead end.
The house has a spacious sun terrace and a garden area.
The spacious living room has space for a comfortable sitting area with a digital TV and satellite TV, a Hi-Fi system with iPod Stadtion and telephone.
The kitchen is fully equipped (stove with oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge freezer and, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.), even a washing machine is available. Just as a cozy dining area.
The master bedroom has 1 double bed, which we gladly provide a cot available as well as a high chair.
