All staff members I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basics. You can't beat the proximity to Arkansas campus. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Fayetteville.

Great location, but most of the staff are very rude! Definitely not "pet friendly" as advertised, and 2 days after I checked out I was charged a $200 fee for "disturbance" because apparently my tiny dog was barking the one and only time he was left alone for 45 minutes. Definitely would not recommend staying here!

This hotel was far more than we expected. Extremely clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! We’ll definitely be back!

Nice quiet hotel. There is a large deposit they put on your credit card against damage that they didn't tell me about. I wish there was something better for breakfast than the little store.
