Difficult to get to entrance door. No snow removal was done. No hot food or coffee for breakfast.

They took an extra 128.00 out of my checking and they were not supposed to and i haven't got my money back! I talked to the manager about!

The pool and spa would of been nice, but they were out of service. Door to room was hard to open. Beds were comfy though.

Our room had cobwebs, patched up holes in the wall and a broken lamp. The locks on the side doors to the building didn’t lock (maybe at night they did?) our door was missing the extra swing bar lock. It just didn’t feel very safe. We were only given 1 bath towel for two guests. The hot breakfast was pretty nice. Staff was hit or miss: some very friendly, others not as much and often hard to find. You get what you pay for here.

You get what you pay for. It was a $52 room. This is an older hotel. On the surface, it's clean, but behind the beds along the baseboards is an inch of dust. The Bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was marginal. Although it's only 2 stories, there is no elevator, so be prepared to lug your luggage up 2 flts of stairs

The first night they had to switch us to their other hotel property because they overbooked. The second night we booked at the hotel because of their pool so our kids could swim. Their pool was shut down by the department of Health. No one informed us of this until we went to go to the pool and there was a sign on the door. It wasn't worth the $70 we paid to sleep there. We won't be back.

Terrible experience at this hotel. Old, run down needs repair. You can hear everything and everyone in the hallways including people walking in the rooms above you. Ice machine broke and leaking all over the floor. We did not have a room refresh. No fresh towels. I will not stay here again.

You're probably reading the reviews for this hotel because you're looking for something cheap. After doing the same thing myself and staying here, I wish I would have just dropped another $20/night and ended up in a much nicer place. The hot tub was broken. The pool was tiny and way over-chlorinated. The breakfast was donuts, dry cereal, yogurt, and waffles. As for the sketchy part, everyone in my group independently came to the conclusion that there's a brothel being run through this place. Questionable people arriving late, leaving early, key cards left poking out from under doors to rooms, back entry doors left ajar. It gave all of us a weird vibe. We were attending a wedding in town, and while at that hotel for the reception, we definitely regretted out choice. If you need to save ~$20, go for the Econo Lodge. However, if you can spare a few extra bucks, your experience will be greatly upgraded.

It was move-in day at the university, lots of guests. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean, smelled clean, tv worked and was great, lots of space. Hot tub/spa was not very hot, pool room was chilly, breakfast was lacking, no waffle mix, no scrambled eggs, no milk, most things ran out, muffins were COLD. We have stayed here before and had good breakfast, may need more staff for a busy weekend.
