While the staff was friendly, the property was outdated, dirty, and safety felt compromised. The pool area had so much chlorine in it that our eyes and lungs burned. The hot tub entry railing was broken off its anchor and created a fall risk. The cement and tiles around the pool were dirty with stains and garbage. The rooms were small, and there was garbage and crumbs beside the beds. The ceiling tiles were stained with the framing/sealant coming off. Wyndham rewards weren’t honored (or maybe just overlooked). Outside the property, on the grass closest to the interstate, there appeared to be a tent made with blue tarp and 2x4 wood. For the price we paid, plus the upgrade fee ($40) from one queen bed to two queen beds, I was disappointed in the property.
