Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Yellow House, had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The house has the basic needs for vacationing. Located in great proximity to our dive operators and with a car, we enjoyed the whole island during our stay. The hosts Anna and Todd, extremely friendly and responsive. Morning time, tea and coffee on the veranda with pleasant cross breeze while cooking the nights diner on the gas grill. After 5 days of adventure, the washing machine was another welcome. The pool was a wonderful way to ease out the day. The house was comfortable with the AC on at night, off during day with windows open, getting a cross breeze kept the house cool. The gardens were amazing, definitely well thought out and maintained. We found a few oranges and saw soursop though not ready for picking. Highly recommend to others for a stay.

We had a wonderful time visiting as a family of four. The property was well maintained, very clean, and had everything we needed. It has a very nice view of the water, is in good proximity to Nelson's dockyard, etc... It was nice spending each morning/evening out on the deck appreciating the beauty before we would head out for daily activities. We did use the pool a couple of times (it was nice) but admittedly most of the time in the water was at the beautiful beach on Antigua. Host communicated very well with all aspects.

The Yellow House exceeded all of our expectations. The photos do not do it justice. Our entire experience was just wonderful from our arrival to our exit. We cannot wait to share our experiences with our friends and family at home and cannot wait to return to this beautiful place!

Everything about Yellow House was perfect. The location was just a few minutes drive from all of the restaurants in and around Falmouth Harbour as well as the local supermarkets and Pigeon Point beach.The Villa itself was beautifully presented with everything we needed during our two week stay. The pool was a great bonus and was completely secluded from the few other surrounding properties. The views from the verandah were breathtaking and it was a perfect area for sitting and dining. The beds were really comfortable, plenty of hot water in the bathrooms and screens on the windows to keep the bugs out. The kitchen was really well equipped which meant that we we could cook at the villa as well as eating out.We were provided with perfect directions from the airport as well as instructions for how everything at the villa worked. Anna and Peter, the villa managers, were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions.We have absolutely no hesitation about booking Yellow House for our next visit to Antigua - it was completely perfect and we couldn't have wished for anything more.

Great house in a great location

This was such an amazing house! Everything was as advertised in the listing. This house is all about the view. It was so nice every morning waking to the beautiful harbor view and opening the doors to the breeze. The bedrooms had great A/C to keep you cool during the night, but the breeze was all that was needed during the day. The pool was great to take a relaxing dip. The house was well stocked with towels, including beach towels, and all kitchen items. Large water coolers are also provided. The house does have solar hot water, so our showers were a bit cool on a cloudy day, but cloudy days are the exception, so it wasn't a problem. The location on the southern side of the island was a great base to explore. English Harbour and all of its shops and restaurants was a quick 10 minute drive. A car is definitely needed for this location. The driveway is quite steep but our small SUV without 4x4 did just fine. The property manager Tihana was quick to respond when we had a couple of issues. I would absolutely rent this home again!

Loved it!

We spent a week at the Yellow House and absolutely loved it. The house was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for out stay. A small welcome package of food and drinks was waiting upon our arrival, which was appreciated. The views are breathtaking and the outdoor space is spectacular with the wrap around deck and picturesque landscaping. We all enjoyed the pool, especially the kids. The space of the home worked well for us, there was 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids. The master bedroom has a king bed with memory foam topper which was super comfy. The second bedroom has a queen and a single, which was perfect my mother in law and the kids, Great Location! Only 5 mins from numerous shops, restaurants and English Harbour. 10 mins to Pigeon Point Beach & Galleon Beach. Everywhere else you would want to go on the island to 20-30 minutes away, this property is well situated for exploring the Island. The road leading up to the property is steep, I would recommend renting an SUV. This was our second time in Antigua and first time at the Yellow House, we would love to stay here again the next time we visit. If you are looking at this as a potential booking, just go ahead an book it :).

We loved every minute staying here. A lot of thought given to providing essential foods to welcome us! Fruit, yoghurt, biscuits , tea, cheese, eggs, butter, jam, bread ,milk! Everything we needed for breakfast on the first day. The view from the top terrace of Falmouth Harbour was just fabulous! The lounge had a good selection of leaflets/ information and even some novels!

Lovely house with a great view.

Property manager was very responsive to communications. She even had a nice bit of supplies to get our stay started, including coffee, sugar, milk, oatmeal, limes, eggs, and fresh bread. Easy check in process. Very clean house, pool, and property. Air conditioned bedrooms were very much appreciated after long days in the sun. Plenty of clean bath towels as well as beach towels provided. The house had all of the amenities you could want. The only negative I would mention, as was previously mentioned in prior reviews, is the neighborhood dogs can sometimes get annoying with their barking. Not the owner’s fault, but want to give a heads up. Other than that small issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay and would highly recommend this property!

Excellent time at Yellow house! Very comfortable place. They provided some grocery items on our arrival and all we had to do was text Anna the property manager when we needed anything. We reported a minor issue that was fixed immediately. No complaints. Highly recommended!

The house is nice, landscaping is gorgeous as is the view, pool was fun, the hot water was spotty. The driveway is a challenge. The only negative are the barking dogs in the neighborhood. The house worked well for two couples.

Yellow House, Falmouth Harbour Lookout

Absolutely a wonderful property. Overlooking Falmouth Harbour with perfect views from sunrise to sunset. Property has all the amenities, just like being at home from the kitchen to the veranda. The pool was very refreshing, surrounded by lovely tropical foliage. Great location with small grocery and restaurants nearby. Definitely need a vehicle to take advantage of the nearby beaches and restaurants surrounding Falmouth and English Harbours. Property manager was excellent, meeting us at Yellow House with great advice concerning car rental and island excursions. If you want to get away from all of the hustle and bustle of St. John this is the spot. True island experience while enjoying the kind, humorous and friendly demeanor from the locals.

The views!

We loved this place! Well equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, etc. BBQ and a beautiful deck with incredible views! Having our own privacy with a swimming pool was an added bonus. We were travelling with a 7 month old and they arranged for a high chair and a crib/cot, it was really appreciated. Property well maintained inside and out. Also, their welcome package of eggs, bacon, bread, coffee, butter, , jam, etc was so appreciated as we didn’t get to the Yellow House till later in the day and now we were set for breakfast! A steep road to the house, you should have an SUV. Beautiful local beach (visible from the deck), nice grocery store in English Harbour. You will love this place!

Lovely property overlooking Falmouth and English zhsrbour

Property was exactly as photos depicted. Lovely balcony and pool area and check in well organised and informative. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend. The only thing we’d say was no aircon in the kitchen area which got very hot when cooking!

What a view!!

Everything was perfect. Zero complaints. Excellent communication with property managers. Everything as advertised. Great pool, really nice grill with all the tools , which I used every day, fully equipped kitchen, a nice welcome package of breakfast items and ice. Towels and so many different seating areas and levels which allowed for privacy. And WHAT A VIEW! This will be our new go to on vacations

Our stay at Yellow House was absolutely perfect! The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed. Nestled in the hills overlooking Falmouth Harbour, just minutes away from both English and Falmouth Harbours, it was an ideal location for us. It is both secluded and convenient. We were greeted by Tihana who showed us around the house and was very friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The views from the deck and pool deck are nothing short of amazing. A true paradise getaway. We would love to return to Yellow House!
