Very friendly staff. The only thing we did not live was that it was next to a livestock processing facility and it pretty much smelt like death the whole time. But only when we were outside, the smell did not make it into the rooms.

This place used to be called the budget inn, for a reason --it's VERY basic! But I have stayed here several times over the years, as it is affordable, safe and clean. No coffee maker in the room, but shower has good pressure and hot water and bed was comfortable. Walking distance to a few places to eat, and easy parking. I will almost certainly stay here again!
