Room was very dark/dim when entering. Dark old carpet with holes in it. Window was open, even though the sign in the room said " sting bugs keep window closed". Heat /AC did not work properly, ran consistently loud all night but not at the set temperature. TV didn't work, would turn on but not off or connect to any channels. Bathroom had hairs, bed blanket had hairs in it. Staff was asleep at check in.

The room was dirty and it smelled. There was a huge hole in the carpet. There was trash on the ground near the bed. One of the lights didn’t work. And the bathroom was stained up and it might now have been dirty, but we didn’t want to use it. We didn’t even want to lay on the beds. We stayed 10 mins and then left. We paid for a room at another hotel.

There was a lot of noise at night making it difficult to get to sleep. It sounded like some kind of motor. It would run for about 10 minutes, then stop, and would start up again in about 15 minutes. Don't know what it was , but made it difficult to sleep. The staff on the other hand, were very courteous!

Biohazard of blood on the window curtains. Have stayed here in the past and know it’s not the best, but does the job for a quick cheaper stay when passing through. After finding blood, I will not stay here again.

Over all, the room was nasty. There were bugs flying around in our room and some killed already on the ceiling. The place wasn't cleaned very well. There was a ring in the bath tub and some type of spray dried up on the nightstand. There were also dead bugs all over the inside of the window. We pulled back the covers and there was a bug under it. The breakfast also ran out before my family could get any. We will not be returning.

The room was disgusting! While the sheets smelled like bleach the rest of the room was very dirty! There was gum on the floor, the toilet had poop in it, the was pee around the bottom of the toilet, and something sticky was on the nightstand. The shower pooled up with water so fast I was standing in several inches of water by the time I was done with my shower. Not to mention the stink bug infestation, it is so bad I had one sitting on my pillow when I woke up the following morning. At the end of my stay we were going to tell staff about our experience and there was no one at the desk to talk to.
