Upon checking there were no rooms on the first floor and was directed to the second floor which is more like a third floor with the half floor steps you had to climb no elevator. The room assigned was supposed to be a queen bed it was not. Pond complaining there was no manager available so we said we would just lodge a complaint and the front desk called back of graded our room to a king size bed on the first floor. There was some kind of odor in the hallways but couldn't identify it

Horrible service, misrepresentations of room, cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Staff was rude and ultimately unhelpful. Not a resort! Wouldn’t even consider it a cheap hotel! Best western provides better amenities and service. Giving it one star was a stretch!

We stayed at this hotel as a last minute getaway and took our German Shepherd. We had a room with 2 doubles which are the pet friendly rooms. The room was recently really nicely remodeled and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was very peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go back. There is an Indian restaurant onsite and there was a lovely bar with live entertainment at the back overlooking the marina. The food and the drinks there was excellent. Our dog was even relaxed and fell asleep on the floor next to the table outside on the patio and enjoyed chicken nuggets and fries. We checked out and when I arrived home I realized I had left my boots in the room. I called the front desk who called me back within 15 mins to confirm they were there. I sent a prepaid shipping label via email and they boxed them up and sent them back to me. Just wanted to say thank you to the front desk gentleman for sending these back and providing such an exceptional customer service. We will be back!!
