The desk clerk was belligerent. I booked a room with two beds and that's not what I got. He made the change but was rude and argumentative. Needs to learn customer service. The chair in the room was stained. Bugs on the bathroom. Gross!

Spacious room

The place was very comfortable, the breakfast was good, needed a bit more of illumination on the parking since the entrance of the rooms are directly facing the street not inside a building. The rooms are very outdated not many outlets and a bunch of power extension cords. The colors are very dark. Overall everyone was very nice and the room was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best western! The breakfast was so good with lots of options. The pool was a great amenity. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was great. Would stay again.

Single parent wanted to treat her teenage son to a day at the pool and this place delivered! He had a blast, the pool was clean with lifeguard on duty, the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The rooms are dated but clean and everything worked which is more than I can say about some higher end brands where their pool, appliances, lights do not work. I didn’t have the breakfast so cannot comment. The free Wifi worked fine in the room AND around the pool. The shower pressure was excellent. Room temperature you control and it worked. Hotel appears safe, you can park in front of your room. Front staff were sweet. It was a great value and stay! Families book with confidence!

The area is in a nice wooded area that is well maintained. The only thing I didn’t like was the rooms are outside entrances and there is no elevator to the rooms. Other than that the service was excellent and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

The place was great! The only negative thing I can say is the day of check out housekeeping comes through at 8am knocking on doors. Woke me up earlier than I wanted to, make sure to put the do not disturb sign out.
