The complementary Full Breakfast was excellent. It is something that reminded us of how nice it used to be when starying at a full-service hotel. We look forward to coming back during the warm months to use the large outdoor pool and lounging amenities.

The property is dated, I came during winter and it was very difficult to park and walk around the facility. But the worst part was the hotel clerk on 1/30/26 around 11pm was rude and disrespectful. He changed his attitude when he saw us paying with a Platinum AMEX. I’m never coming back!

This hotel does not allow guest who arrive early during a snow storm to check in early. I booked this hotel based off the pictures. Once on the property, I realized that only the lobby area was renovated. When I arrived the clerk at the desk informed me I could not check in due to the room being cleaned. Later that afternoon once in my room, I noticed hair in the tub. That is my only complaint for the room, other then that it was good. The property did not do well with the snow removal at all. That goodness for their maintenance team member who helped me the first time I was stuck. I got stuck 3 times.

Very nice clean room. Comfortable mattress and nice linens. Single serve coffee maker with tea bag type pods was awful. A regular drip coffee maker or Keurig would have been much prefered
