This 1,700 sqft cabin has that rustic, cozy feeling that only a log cabin can provide on the first floor, but the second floor is completely modern! It's a perfect location for families or couples to enjoy nature as well as each other.

Inside you will find a rustic yet modern space with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and comfortable living room.

Automatic Generator -- Weather in Alaska is unpredictable and electric outages are frequent. Our cabin is equipped with an automatic generator that will sense a power outage, turn on automatically, and deliver generator power until utility power returns -- whether two hours or two weeks! This is a BIG PLUS for living in Alaska.

The outdoor and cultural resources are endless!

Goldstream Creek runs through the valley of Fairbanks, providing habitat for fox, moose, numerous birds, and many other small mammals. The area has multiple trails used by hikers, bird watchers, dog walkers, berry pickers in the summer, and by skiers, dog mushers, and many others in the winter.
