This Hotel is a breath of fresh air

This Hotel is a breath of fresh air. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner cooking and presentation was to an extremely high standard, apparently the owner/cook learned that art on top end cruise ships. Breakfast hot food was hot and fresh. We have been traveling in Sweden and Norway for the past 30 days overnighting in hotels (including the Radisson and Clarion Hotels) and in cabins. The service and standard offered at this hotel exceeded everything we had experienced over those 30 days.
