"Beautiful hotel, stunning lobby and wonderful room that is nicely appointed, great toiletries, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. The decor of this hotel, mainly the lobby, is just stunning and what I would describe as refined rustic. I loved that there were cozy areas in the lobby to sit, very enjoyable. Staff was courteous at check in and check out. It did bother me that at breakfast, staff was friendly and courteous to all the guests, quite chatty in fact, but no one approached me for the same: solo female traveler. Also want to point out that a friend left me a message at the front desk and that message wasn’t delivered to me. I raise because it was an urgent message because they couldn’t reach me on my cell, so this felt like a customer service slip. While the staff was friendly, it felt disingenuous. Location was ok, right off the airport but not within town. Were I to choose again, I’d probably stay in Columbia Falls, which is slightly closer to GNP and seemed a bit more lively of an area. Overall hotel was beautiful and comfortable."
