"Made reservations for a handicap/ADA compliant room but it wasn’t. I requested a roll in/walk in shower but the room had a TUB. My wife can not raise her legs to reach over the tub. Sleep Inn system stated it was handicapped, all it had was a grab bar next to the toilet. And no other available handicap rooms because of new construction."
