The cottage was clean and very quaint. My wife and I wouldn’t change anything. The mornings included cute squirrels, and 3 young deer. The location was perfect, very close to everything downtown.

We stayed in the cottage. It was adorable and very romantic. Everything was clean and had all of the amenities you’ll need. Soft thick towels, robes and comfy bedding. Easy parking and a quick walk to all of the restaurants and shops. There’s a shuttle you can take from the Basin Hotel up to The Crescent and back which was nice because the walk up there is very steep. Just ask at the front desk of either hotel and they’ll call it for you. There are two sets of stairs getting to the cottage and one set inside the cottage. Plus the stairs down and up to the shops and dining. Not bad at all, but be prepared. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Coltan was an excellent host and suggested wonderful dining options and activities to consider. My husband and I stayed in the cottage and it was charming and accommodated all of our needs. This most amazing home is only a 2 minute walk from all the downtown shops and restaurants in the wonderful town of Eureka Springs. Well appointed and uniquely furnished, our stay here was quiet and relaxing. The owner was available to guide us to the best restaurants and activities.
