Everything was true to pictures, and an amazing location near Hayward field. Especially loved the dining/kitchen area for making large dinners. Communication was super fast and great from the host. One note is that there are a ton of beds, but only two small bathrooms. Wasn't a problem for our group of 7 but bear that in mind.
