Just needed it for one night & it was perfect

Came in on a Friday evening for a Saturday morning competition for the kids. We had 7 people, with one group leaving early in the morning and one group leaving closer to 10 am. Wanted to get a place where people could have separate sleeping areas and not disturb each other coming and going. The place was perfect for what we needed.It is exactly as advertised on the VRBO listing. Clean, nice place, super responsive host, easy check-in & check-out. Nice private backyard & fast wifi. Will 100% stay here again if we're back in Eugene for a competition or event. Great place.

Heat didn’t work on arrival. Owner was good about getting help from hvac repairman, but we had 8 hours without heat in cold February. He also offered another house but we were already moved in.

The property manager was great and very professional. However the photos give the impression the house is roomier than it is. And the condition of the furniture was pretty bad. The couches really need to be replaced, wooden furniture is old and dented. The floors seem worn. The place had no personality. The towels were old. Sorry to be negative, but for the money I really expected better. I’ve had amazing properties in the past using VRBO.

Great stay for our family

We had a wonderful stay in Eugene. The house was exactly as advertised. We had 3 adults and a small dog and had way more space than we needed. But the location was fabulous, the house was clean, the water pressure was great, and the communication with the host was fast and responsive. Would stay here again.

Nice location and priced fairly

Stayed for almost a week and had no issues. Well we had a small issue with WIFI but was cleared up almost immediately. Owner was very responsive. Everyone said the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is nice sized to cook a reasonably large meal. Overall I’m satisfied.

Belated Christmas

We gathered with our whole family to visit our son’s family just a block away. This location is close to everything you might need. The house is laid out in sections which was really convenient for our dogs to keep them confined to only part of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed. The yard is like a private oasis so you don’t feel like you’re in a goldfish bowl. Everything was tidy and the Christmas decorations and lit tree was a nice touch! Thank you!

Lovely, Spacious Home

The home is in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood ideally located close to UO and downtown. The outside area is private and beautiful with several seating areas. The home is large and the kitchen is very well stocked for making meals. The only drawback is the TV room…it does not have the radiant heating in the floor and was uncomfortably cold. If staying in the colder months, don’t plan to use this room.

House was very clean. Lots of room. Apparently someone lives there occasionally, so the kitchen had some of the basics, sugar, cooking oil, spices, plenty of detergent, paper towels. We've rented several houses that have NOTHING !! A pleasant surprise. Easy access to highways. Would stay there again.

Beautiful private house

We had a great time while visiting our daughter. It was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and very nice patio area! The entire property is very secluded and private. The backyard had plenty of space to hang out and fully furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the things to prepare meals. We arrived a little earlier and the host was very accommodating to let us check in before schedule. I would highly recommend the house!!

We stayed here because we were visiting our daughter and family for holidays. We had our two dogs with us. The house was perfect for all of us. It was even decorated for Christmas with a tree which was a wonderful surprise. In fact, the boys wanted to stay at the house and not go back to their own.There was plenty of room for the dogs and our grandchildren to explore inside and out. We were very comfortable and felt at home!! We appreciate the hosts letting us add my brother as a guest at the last minute.
