This is a very dated property but it is well kept. However the beds and pillows are TERRIBLE!!!! Sleeping on the floor may have been more comfortable. The pillows a were flat and hard and the bed was worse.

Clean & comfortable

This was a nice comfortable room for the price. The front desk people were very nice & check-in was super simple. They usually charge a $200 refundable pet deposit but waived it. I did pay the additional $20 pet fee per dog which is not bad considering many hotels I’ve stayed in have been up to $100 per dog. This is an older motel so it is somewhat dated & in need of minor repairs but I found it extremely clean & comfortable. Parking is surface parking which is important to me as I drive a F350 so most parking garages are a no go zone. Id stay here again if needed.

They didn’t have a king room but the double queen worked out better & was larger

Stayed for just a night for the Eugene Marathon. My second year in this place. Very conveniently located near the university with nice spacious room, good quality bed and good amenities in the room. Perfect place for marathoners looking for a good night's rest before the big day.

Nice property. Very close to the U of O. Enough parking spots. Bed and linens were good. Staff were extremely good. The only thing that I didn't quite like is the breakfast.

Outdated but good!

I always stay here when I go to Eugene to see my son. While the hotel is older and has one thing I don't care for (carpet, ick), the price is right, the rooms are well-cleaned and the service is friendly and excellent. Also a great location right across the street from Whole Foods.

Nice, clean room. Lousy internet. No office desk and chair. Towel rack right behind vanity in narrow hallway (ouch several times) instead of in bathroom, where it should have been. Hot and cold tub/shower controls reversed.

The bed was very comfortable so that's enough to justify a cheap motel. It was clean enough but weird smells. But the super bright lights outside our door, the low quality TV and limited cable options, the internet didn't work. Ask for an upstairs room.
