A freestanding cabin on the banks of Fall River, the Colorado Cottage rests in greater seclusion with its own gas grill, picnic table, and personal hot tub on the deck. Fish for rainbow and brook trout, dine in with a kitchenette amid mountain decor, and fall asleep in front of the gas fireplace on a queen-size bed. Amenities include a ¾ bath, cable TV, free DVD movie rentals, a heated pool in the summer, and complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Free Wi-Fi. Located at our Fawn Valley Inn resort. Sleeps two.

Very clean. Saw wildlife everyday. Hot tub was awesome. Location was perfect. I did tons of research for a cabin to rent & this place was everything I was hoping it would be. 5 stars hands down. Loved it. Saw multiple mule deer everyday outside the front door & one morning we saw a humongous black bear waddle through.100% plan on renting this cabin again in the future.

We loved out stay at this cabin! Everything was very clean and the deck is perfect for sitting outside and enjoying nature. The path in front of the cabin is used by other patrons so just be aware of that. The hot tub was clean and we saw many animals!

Nice Little Cabin

Loved the location except for lack of privacy. People walking by windows looking in all day long. With no A/C, windows are always open. Cabin is cute and rustic. Loved it except for lack of water pressure in shower and lack of privacy.

Delightful Stay in Estes Park

We had a great time staying here! The cabin is secluded and a little ways out from the rest of the facility which felt more private. It snowed while we were there making it even more beautiful while staying cozy next to the fire. Highly recommend!

Cute stay near RMNP

Seriously the cutest little cabin on the river, not only is it a short drive to the park but also down into the cute little town of Estes! We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and watching the river roar, the sound alone was so peaceful. It’s definitely had an updated paint job and decorations different from the picture, so that was a pleasant surprise. Perfect for two, came with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, mini fridge, coffee pot, toaster, towels (the softest biggest towels) which I loved! We’ll definitely be back whenever we make it back out to Colorado!

Hiking Vacation

Great cabin for our hiking vacation. The cabin was extremely clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect for recovering from our long hikes. The river was beautiful and the location just outside the park was ideal.
