The beds are in need of replacing as they sank almost to the floor. The floor was dirty especially under the bed. Also there were only 2 options for a beverage for breakfast (2% milk and coffee).

There was an additional charge for my dog that wasn't mentioned while booking. The room was very small with barley any room to maneuver between myself and my pup. The bathroom was clean but tub stopper was broke and there wasn't enough hot water for a guy to shower. Overall i would not recommend this hotel unless you are in a pinch. Staff was as friendly as any at a hotel.

Very friendly staff!! Room was very clean, albeit slightly dated. Looks like they are making upgrades. Hotel is close to everything and only 6 minute drive from the airport. We didn’t get to try the breakfast as we flew out very early. A great deal for the price—would definitely stay here again!!

Room 104 window lock is broke, make sure the bar is secured in the window so no access can be gained from the outside. Clean, quiet. Friendly staff. Plenty of food options and shopping within walking distance.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit smaller than some other hotels, but certainly adequate since it was just two adults, and for only one evening. If you are ocd about cleanliness, the baseboards could be an issue, as they could use a good cleaning with a wet cloth, but all else was fine. I understand most places are short handed so I try to be realistic with my expectations. And the price was very reasonable. Cheryl B.

Location wise, the place was great. The room itself was filthy and the beds felt like they were broken and there was no working way to regulate the temperature in the room. I didn’t see any roaches or bed bugs, so I guess that’s a plus. Staff, although friendly, was not helpful. The continental breakfast was a joke. Consider staying elsewhere, I know I won’t be returning.
